tah77 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using the tah77 platform at tah77.vip ("Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with tah77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. • You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of tah77, its affiliates, software providers, or payment processors, or an immediate family member of such persons;
• You are not self-excluded from the tah77 Platform or any other gaming operator, and you are not subject to any regulatory order restricting your participation in gaming activities.

tah77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including government-issued Philippine identification, at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active tah77 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your tah77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tah77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tah77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All financial transactions on the tah77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tah77 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and standard bank transfer. tah77 does not accept cryptocurrency or anonymous payment methods.

Deposit funds are credited to your tah77 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. tah77 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. tah77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are prohibited. Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows: GCash withdrawals typically process within 10 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers process within one (1) to three (3) business days.

tah77 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. • Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tah77 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

All content on the tah77 Platform — including but not limited to the tah77 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary property of tah77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tah77 content without express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tah77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming session continuity, or data loss, even if tah77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tah77's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your tah77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

tah77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tah77 does not sell personal data to third parties.
